BRIAN LOTT

With over three decades of experience, Brian Lott has worked in various capacities of the service industry.  He understands the intricacies and nuances involved in building and maintaining a successful service industry business.

Brian's’ career began in England with rapid success.  Brian’s quest for perfecting a more customer centered mentality soon expanded his operations from Europe to North America and on to South Africa.

It was in South Africa that Mr. Lott founded his nationally recognized catering firm.  Brian’s determination to create a superior customer service experience earned him the coveted designation of Best in Country award.

Asked about his journey to his development of his core principles, Brian will tell you it is keeping his customers first and foremost that has propelled his success.  Asked what stands out as his greatest accomplishment, Brian will tell you it was becoming the official caterer to President Nelson Mandela and his government.
